Love in the Time of Cholera is a 2007 motion picture directed by Mike Newell. Based on the novel of the same name by Gabriel Garcia Márquez, it tells the story of a love triangle between Fermina Daza (played by Giovanna Mezzogiorno) and her two suitors, Florentino Ariza (Javier Bardem) and Doctor Juvenal Urbino (Benjamin Bratt) which spans 50 years, from 1880 to 1930.
Producer Scott Steindorff spent over three years courting Gabriel Garcia Márquez for the rights to the book telling him that he was Florentino and wouldn't give up until he got the rights.
It is the first filming of a Garcia Márquez novel by a Hollywood studio, rather than by Latin American or Italian directors. It is also the first English language work of Academy Award-nominated Brazilian actress Fernanda Montenegro, who portrays Tránsito Ariza. [From WikiPedia]

Make Me a Supermodel is an Australian reality television series that is based from the successful British TV series of the same title. It debuted on the Seven Network on 6 August 2008. It is hosted by the former Miss Universe winner Jennifer Hawkins. The judges for the program are Martin Walsh, managing director of Chadwick Models and manager and editor of the fashion magazine Marie Claire, Jackie Frank. It has also been announced that Tyson Beckford, the co-host of the American edition, will be a guest judge and mentor whilst Travis Fimmel has turned down being a judge for the program. Plot
Seventeen-year-old Isabella "Bella" Swan moves to the small town of Forks, Washington, to live with her father, Charlie. Although Edward discourages the romance at first, they soon fall deeply in love. When the arrival of three nomadic vampires, James, Laurent, and Victoria, puts Bella's life in danger, Edward and his family, Alice, Carlisle, Esme, Jasper, Emmett and Rosalie, put their lives at stake to save her.
